The Helitech Spares Support Division provides genuine Bell Helicopter spares, component exchange and the full range of approved Aeronautical Accessories and Precision Heliparts (PHP) products to all Commercial and Military customers throughout Australia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea and the South Pacific nations.
To support the wide range of Bell and other helicopter models, an inventory of approximately 14,000 line items with an approximate value of A$6 million is maintained which provides assurance to operators that the right parts are in-country and available when required. Acquisition of these spares is controlled from the head office in Brisbane and support both Military and Commercial Operators. This inventory is constantly reviewed and upgraded to meet changing operator requirements and usage patterns.
In addition, the Helitech Spares Support Division is directly linked to Bell Helicopter Textron Inc through the web based, Bell Vista system. Should a part not be in stock, then experienced Helitech staff use Vista to access the Bell Helicopter, worldwide spares support network. This allows stock availability, parts alternatives and delivery information to be immediately passed onto the Customer.
The Helitech Spares Support Division features:
- A Brisbane based central warehouse which takes advantage of adjacent air, road and sea transportation hubs, that allow rapid distribution of spares throughout the region
- Spares Inventory also held in Sydney and Auckland, New Zealand
- An AOG hotline to provide 24 hour a day seven days a week spares support
- Parts delivery to most customers within twenty-four hours from our Brisbane or our Auckland stores
- A comprehensive component exchange pool for Bell 206, 212, 412 series helicopters
- Full warranty, return and exchange backup - we back what we sell
Helitech Spares Personnel are available to support their Customer requirements seven days a week using our 24 hour 'AOG' facility via a mobile phone service.

A comprehensive component exchange pool for 206, 212, 412 series helicopters is maintained and access to an extensive holding of UH-1 spares is also available.
