Aircraft Deeper Maintenance

Helitech has conducted Deeper Maintenance on the Australian Army's Kiowa helicopters in the Brisbane Service Centre for over 15 years.  Helitech also conducts major structural repairs to the Army's Iroquois using Approved Airframe fixtures for fuselages and tailbooms.

These capabilities allow the Helitech Service Centre maintenance engineers, who are fully qualified, to service airframe, powerplant and avionic components for the full range of Bell Helicopters.

Component Deeper Maintenance

Approximately 150 different Repairable Item components are repaired and/or overhauled at Helitech's Brisbane facility.  This includes full overhaul of a range of Bell and Sikorsky gearboxes which are also fully load tested on dedicated rigs.

Support Services

Helitech provides a range of Support Services to Defence customers.  Services include the conduct of 'in situ' logistic support, engineering support, technical and maintenance support, packaging and distribution services, and other ad-hoc services.

These services have been tailored to meet specific customer requirements which have been identified as essential to meet the Australian Defence Force's ability to provide necessary capabilities.
