Organization
Through its ownership
by Sikorsky Aircraft Australia Limited, Helitech has
become part of the United Technologies Corporation (UTC).

Overview
With a history spanning
close to 50 years, Helitech has developed
extensive capabilities in aircraft maintenance and component
overhaul, the distribution of spare parts, systems engineering
and program management, the marketing of new and used aircraft,
the design and conduct of traditional metal and advanced composite
repairs for military and civil fixed and rotary wing aircraft,
plus aircrew and technical training.
While Helitech's
principal activity is the support of both Sikorsky and Bell
Helicopters in Australia, New Zealand and Papua New Guinea,
the Company has substantial commercial and military aircraft
design, repair and overhaul capabilities that it routinely
uses to support fixed and rotary wing aircraft of other manufacturers.
Helitech has operational facilities in Brisbane, Australia
and Auckland, New Zealand, and employs over 200 people. Helitech
has six primary business functions which it manages from its
Brisbane based headquarters:
